SHIPPING POLICY:

We put our best eforts to ship all orders as fast as we can through best possible delivery options.  However, during listing and updating products under pre-booking the Delivery time may  vary between 10 days to  4 weeks.

Delivery time for Ready to Ship suits is within 5-7 days (For deliverable pin codes in India)

Pre-Book/Upcoming Stock – Between 7 days to 4 weeks from the availability of stock with us.

https://www.ibaasonline.com  will not be held responsible for any delay caused by courier company . However, we may extend our cooperation to check with courier.

In case of order of 2 or more products, you may receive the product at different times as per stock and courier availability.

Order in Pre-Booking :

You will find lot of stock on our website under pre-booking. Pre-Booking is a hard reality of the business because at times, a collection is announced by the designer with proper photo shoot, however the physical delivery of stock is not yet started.

By taking pre book orders, we are respecting and helping our customers to get their lovable product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

International Shipping is available and the customer will have to pay on the basis of actual rates depending upon weight, size, dimension etc. The custom and taxes needs to be paid and managed by customer on actual as per the prevailing law of the country.

Delivery time for International Delivery will be between 15-45 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER :

Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message.  Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created.

COLOR VARIATION :

No Guarantee on Color: Please note that  www.ibaasonline.com does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee on fabrics.
